Trouble with Inventor 2019

I can't get the I in the upper left hand corner to activate when I click on it to make a drawing.

Just click FILE

Or go to the Quick access bar and select the "NEW" icon.

Yea, by popular demand the big I or A icon/menu have been replaced with the original File menu that it was, and the I icon has been reduced back to a standard window header icon.  So the era of the big I is over.
