Our company makes different types of trailers(70%), but our engineering team works mostly on custom conveyor install projects(30%). Most of the trailer prints are old drawings created in autocad, so we've been slowly creating all new drawings + models in inventor.
I was wondering if it is possible/ a good idea to have valt be used for only trailer parts and models, but for us to continue to use project files for engineering projects. All of this being on the same server. Another point... often production comes in and asks for certain trailer prints (either outdated, dxf files currupt, or just dont have the print) so it would be nice to keep track of that even though they work independent to us.
