SaveAs IGES Options

I am creating a program to save all the parts of an assembly to SOLID IGES format. I am having difficulty understanding the help file on how to programmatically change the options of IGES to Solids. Has anyone figured it out

I thought IGES files were strictly surfaces... is that NOT true?
