Rotate Drawing View Label via iLogic

I have successfully been able to rotate the drawing view.  I need help rotating the view label.

Currently Inventor does not allow to rotate drawing view label to arbitrary angle.  
Use sketched symbol can mimic a drawing view label and rotate it 
but can’t get it updated with drawing view automatically.  
You have to develop your own rule for this purpose.
