I just want to know that how can I get the center point from a SkecthObject ?

I'm not sure what you're asking for, but the sketch entities that have a center point, (SketchArc, SketchCircle, SketchEllipse, and SketchEllipticalArc) all support the CeneterSketchPoint property which returns the center sketch point.
