Publishing iPart into R10 Content Center

I'm having troubles publishing some iParts into the Content Center of Inventor R10.
These iParts have been created with previous versions of Inventor and migrated to R10. If I use these parts as "standard" iParts into R10, I have no problem.
If I publish these parts into the Content Center after a new category has been created, a message says that the publishing has been successful but, as I try to insert these parts into an assembly, various modeling issues arise, so the part is not displayed correctly.

Hello,

I noticed, that the part you posted has EndOfPart moved to the beginning
of the feature tree. Beside this and some other compute problems I was able
to publish part to Content Center and instance it afterwards.

The EndOfPart marker has been moved upwards in order to reduce the file size only when sending the file.

The additional steel sections that I created and added to content center works OK with an exception; the mass property is in lbmass and length is in inches. The proffered system is metric but I can not find the mechanism that sets those values.

What is the secret?
