Part Number generator

Hello All!

I am attempting to learn i-Logic and can't really find what I am looking for.

Our part number scheme is currently: part number-length with the length needing be always at least 3 digits as well as fractional sometimes. If it is less than 100" i would need it to generate for example 099 or 099 1/8. I currently have parameters set up to generate the fraction but cant figure out the 3 digit preceding number if less than 100.
