Just a friendly note on asking questions here. You may want to explain yourself a little better. A vague question will most generally be ignored. Think about what you're trying to accomplish then post that along with the question that is stopping you from moving forward.

Yes, I know for a fact that you can import and export BOM data. How you go about doing that is cannot be answered until we know what it is that you're trying to accomplish.

Hi,

I agree with sgwilliams that it will be more helpful if you could clarify your questions in detail.

If you are looking for hot to get started with BOM API, you could refer to the API help document, there is a topic [Bill of Materials] where introduces the related APIs and demo codes.

In case you have not known, API document typically locates at
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2016\Local Help\admapi_20_0.chm

This is what I’m trying to accomplish (Link Below). I started this thread because I marked the other as solved but after needed a little more help. I noticed if it’s marked as solved and a longer thread then some people will not read to the end and see that there’s another question. I would appreciate any help that you guys might be able to give. Thanks.
