New Material Deleted

Good Morning All,

I wonder if anyone has a solution to a frustrating issue that is bugging me.

I created a new material, white foam, without much success so decided to delete it from the materials library.  I reverted the model back to a generic material and tried to check it into Vault.  The following error message keeps popping up and preventing me from checking the part in:

When you make a new material, the definition gets created in the part first. When you add it to the material library, it's then in the part and the material library. If you put another material on the part, the white foam material is still stored in the part even if you delete it from the library.

Open the part, open the material button and on the top half you'll see a list of materials saved in that part. Delete it from there and then check it in and you should be good.
