Need help with inches

I have installed Autodesk Inventor 2010, I have a problem with measurements in inches. How to translate measures metric measures.

Welcome to the forum.

I don't know about 2010, but in 2012 there is this option when you measure.

Also, if this is truly an Inventor question you would be best to post it on that forum instead of this one.
