Need help for designing fixture

I am working on a project where i need to create a Movable fixture but i need to add bolts so that it can move quarter inch right left and up down. I have attached the file.  and i want the block to be movable by inserting jam bolts. The idea is in assembly which i have attached but i am not able to design it. Can anyone help me please? the block size is 168 mm* 100*115 mm. The block will drilled on the table so i will needing dowels to insert it so that its fixed as well.

Your assembly is missing parts.. You will need to attach them.

Its also not very clear what you are looking to do..

Maybe when we have the missing parts I can understand better.
