My Assembly rules run into errors when run from Parent Assembly

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening and goodnight everyone. I'm running into issues with a previously created assembly, when it's placed within a greater assembly, seemingly after the 2025 Inventor update.

My part, "NEW W2F.iam" (a bench model), when accessed within it's own assembly window, operates as expected when I update the "Length" parameter (Leg spacing and Bench Top length adjust as desired).

However, when I place NEW W2F.iam within another assembly (a room), double click into it, and try and edit the assembly form within this Parent assembly window, some of the iLogic rules effecting the length of the Bench top (for example) run into errors, and I'm left with a NEW W2F.iam that is half updated.

I'm able to open the part in it's own window, edit it, and update it in the Parent assembly and this works fine, but it's not working as intended, and I'd like to get to the bottom of why the rules run into errors in the Parent Assembly window.

Hi @benedictsweet - I think it will work if you delete the model state named ilogic. You should be able to do everything in the [Primary] model state.

Hi @MjDeck ,

Thank you, this has worked, hadn't even realised it wasn't the standard model state. I've now redone the work in the normal model state and it works.
