Loaded/Unloaded checkbox in Add-In Manager

The 3 different addins developed by us for some reason ignore the value of Loaded/Unloaded checkbox, no matter what was set previously in the checkbox. However, despite having same .addin and same .dll, in all computers of team, it happens only to my computer and it just began 2 weeks ago.

Im using Inventor 26 and .net8.

Is there any reason for this behavior or does anyone know how to solve it ?

Hi @Mehmet_Fatih_Turker
The addin load behaviour is stored in the file AddinLoadRules that you can find in the folder %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Inventor 2026\Addins\
My guess is that this file might have been corrupted or set to ReadOnly or something like that on your computer. This file controls if the addins are trusted to be loaded. If you delete it, Inventor will generate a new one on startup. In that same folder you have .addin-files for all your addins. This is where properties for LoadOnStartup etc is stored and updated from addin manager. Also check that those files aren't readonly and that they exist for your addins. If not, Inventor probably reverts to the .addin-files in the ApplicationPlugins-folder and those files never get updated.

I found the reason of the problem. I've once downloaded plugin from Autodesk App Store and set it up, after that suddenly I began to loose all other add-ins, then I blocked the one that plugin and all other add-ins began worked all of a sudden. 🙂 Problem might be that developer might had done that for him own product. But blocking that add-in has solved my problem.
