is there an way to add missiong tool to a tools bar ?

I have created a lot of ilogic and Marco(most to run ilogic code ). I have to install it on a lot of computer and offen it hard to get accesse to them. because people are not in the house or have to mush and big drawing open ... so it will cost  a lot of time for them . if they have to close .

so i was thinking .. is that a way to make it add the marco buttom it they are not add ? and maybe even a way to see if it have all the VBA code and if not simple load the .bas file to add it the user ?

what I want to  make is  maybe a kind of update toolbar buttom or it automatik chech for and install new tools I think is ready for other user

For this purpose we use our AddIn named X-Tools. One of many other functions is creating standard buttons to ribbon for iLogic rules. Configuration is stored in XML file. This file can be distributed to users (manualy, group policy, etc.). For apply changes you just restart this addin.

think your program is lille  to complicated for me ... do you know with file inventor save with toolsbar is added ?

Ribbon settings (Toolbars, commands, etc.) is stored in C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Inventor XXXX\InventorCustomization.xml

Disadvantage is that Inventor overwrite this file on application close.

true , but I might be able to get windows to copy the lastes file  when the computer startup.. form a networksdrev or the foldes that we use to many of the other setup ... like update in globel ilogic code
