Iproperty change as event trigger in VBA

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to trigger an event in VBA whenever an Iproperty changes or has changed in Inventor.

I know it is possible to trigger an ilogic rule this way but I don't want to use ilogic for this. Anyone got an idea ?
