iProperties No activated

Why reasons when i open a .IAM, the iProperties are Desactivated ?

The file is either read-only or is not checked
out of the Vault.

The file isn't read-only, and we don't use VAULT. We have other program to extract files. We believe that there is a problem with the files.

Since this is not an API question, it would be better to post this to the
general Inventor newsgroup. Also, attaching a dataset that demonstrates the
problem would be useful.
