I was wondering if there is a way i can make a rectangular pattern of a sketch based on ipart logic. the thought was to make a 3"x0.75"x0.75" with one hole cut into turn into 6"x0.75"x0.75" with TWO cuts into and so on, I would like to essentially make it adjustable. I'm more familiar with solidworks so this would be similar to configurations, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not able to view your part as it’s a 2022 version.  But you should be able to achieve this with  a custom ipart where by the parameter for the cut gets defined as you create the custom ipart member. You can just as easily drive the sketch pattern qty with this method as well.

You are correct, what i did to achieve this was i put the pattern to the desired lengths (3") and made it continue a bit over desired patterns amount (22) and I made the extrude feature only extrude out the outer square an ignore the inner squares so that when dimension "Length" is changed from neutral 3 inches to say 33". essentially controlling the number of rectangular cuts by the height of the rectangle.
