Invetor 2014 API Programming Help Documentation

I am using the Inventor 2014 VB .NET Programming API Help by launching Inventor, then going to the ? (Help) -->Community Resources-->Programming Help. (I have attached a image of the Help). How to get this Inventor 2014 Programming API documentation so that I don't have to launch Inventor 2014 every time?

There should be a local .chm file you can launch outside of Inventor. Here is a screenshot:
