inventor not responding

hi i have a problem when i try to open a file the program not responding.

i have windows 7 64 bits and i install the updates but don't work.

What system language are you using?
What kind of drawing are you opening?
Are you using vault?
What add ins are loaded or loading?

using vault in a server

dont use add ins

and grafics is an ati raedon hd 5450

Of course you use add ins please take a look for those who are loaded in inventor under the add in button.

Please make a screenshot of these.
And we can try to unload some of them if needed.

Yes.

You need to do that for every add-in listed in the dialog.
