Inventor .dwg, to move view (label/scale) text vertically.

I constantly have to move my view (label/scale) text out of the way of dimensions etc. Autocad has F8 to turn ortho on and off. Is there a short cut or code that someone is using that would help with that? 

I guess this is a ADD thing for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the intent of the rule to simply move the view label out of the way and return it after? Or to move it a given distance from the dimesion placed in the view? Are you selecting all the view labels or just one?  Are you looking for a vba short cut? 

The drawing view label referenced in the API help has a position property as point 2d. If you can provide more information a sample can be constructed

Just one view at a time.

Intent: To move it a given distance below the dimension placed in the view and keep it centered left to right on the view.

A iLogic rule would be good.
