Install of new add-in

I have 2 machines that were installed from the same package about 10 minutes apart.  One I was able to load the edge cam add-in by using the add-in manager tool. Restarted Inventor and all is well. The second doesn't list that option in the add-in manager.  I checked the program files and the invenotr_edgecam.dll file is present.  Edge cam is installed on both machines.  How can I add this add in to the list?

Have you check whether your .addin file located in the below mentioned path 

%installed drive%/programdata/Autodesk/Inventor%version%/Addins.

Would you happen to know the name of the edgecam addin file I can't find anything with edgecam.addin

How about the addin working PC can you locate the addin file in that?

If you can locate in other PC just copy that addin file in the PC where it is not loading.

No I can't find any file that resembles edgecam with a .addin extension.  I have looked at the 3 places where I know addin files to be stored.  I ran a search for *.addin with no luck.  The folder located at C:\program data\autodesk\Inventor 2016\addin is the same on both machines.  I honestly have no idea why it works on one and not the other.  

I reached out to tech support at Autodesk and that was a joke.

Well this problem has been resolved.  Autodesk tech support was worthless, so I placed a call to Edgecam.  He told me where to find the executable file to install the addin.
