You may have already dome most of this, but try:

  • Make sure the ApplicationProject (or default .ivb) file is on the network where all users can access it.
    • This can be specified in the File tab of Application Options.
    • If neccessary, open Application Options, then use the Export button at the bottom to save the XML to the network where all users can access it.
  • Make sure the folder where the custom button icon images are located is on the network, where all users can access it.
    • I have all my button image files stored in the same folder on the network as my .ivb file, called "Macros", under the Project workspace directory.
  • Make sure your external rules and global forms are located on the network where all users can access it.
  • On your Tools tab, Options panel, open the iLogic Configuration, and use the Export button at the bottom to export the XML to a location on the network where all users can access it.
  • When you have the iLogic Rule Editor open, at the top of the Snippets panel, (if you haven't already) click the SaveAs button to save your custom Snippets to an XML file that is located on the network where all users can access it.
    • I have my iLogicOptions.xml and my iLogicSnippets.xml file in the same folder as all my external rules are in, below the project workspace directory in a folder called "External iLogic".  And I have all my external rules in their own category folders, to make it easier to find what I'm looking for.
  • On the Tools tab, Options panel, click Customize. Then click the Export button at the bottom, and save that XML file to a location on the network where all users can access it.

Then email instructions to the other users to Import those settings files at their machines.

The XML you exported from the Customize dialog should have your Ribbon customization's in it.
