iLogic Rule Error 2021

I've written a couple fairly basic iLogic rules for my workplace of only a few users. The rules run fine on my workstation with event triggers on save and have done for some time but for some reason on one of my collegues workstations it is very inconsistent. Both workstations are running the same project and design data from the same server with external iLogic rules coming from the one location as well as identical application options. But for some reason their workstation keeps getting the following Rule Compile errors when trying the run the iLogic rules, sometimes it'll work but for the most part there are errors. Is there any way to solve this?
