Ilogic making a new hole

Hi All,

Could you tell me, if only from an ilogic's rule I can make a new hole in an existing component indicating the face where I want place it, the distances from the edges, the type of the hole, etc?.

Could you tell me how, please?

Without activating or desactivating an existing holes. It would be a new hole created only from Ilogic.
