When I check-in i-part file to Vault, following message was displayed.
File(ipart & member) is no iLogic Rule.
I don't know this cause.

Please check the Event Triggers in this part. The command is Manage > iLogic > Event Triggers.
Check the tabs for This Document, Parts, and All Documents.
Are any rules listed to run on events?
