If you're interested in the new iLogic drawing functions in Inventor 2021, take a look at the BrewMain-Drawing sample on this page. It also demonstrates the assembly functions that were added in Inventor 2019.

The sample demonstrates a rules-driven configurable assembly. Changes to parameters will cause assembly components and constraints to be added or removed. At the same time, a drawing is updated to show the current state of the assembly. If a component is added to the assembly, drawing dimensions might also be added.
