Huge problem with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2011 x64 on laptops

Hi,

I have a huge problem with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2011 x64 (Spanish version).
I use the program on a desktop and a powerful laptop, and that's where the problem is. I work a lot with my laptop for mobility reasons because I have my clients scattered. The problem is that the laptop screen has a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 and is complicated to find one with higher resolution, the whole program works correctly except the tools section where I cannot save the modified parameters in the application options window.

I have tried to right click on the top or edge and select move and then use the arrow keys to move the window.

I also tried pressing ALT+SPACE BAR and then M -> ENTER and then use the arrow keys to move the window, but when I move the mouse the window immediately returns to its previous position and is unable to save the modified parameters.

But my question is: Is there any possibility to change or modify this?

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried settings windows display settings to a custom dpi?

It should be able to scale onscreen fonts, titlebars etc... and might just give you the extra room you need...

Assuming you are on Windows 7, right-click desktop & select screen resolution, click "Make text and other items larger or smaller", Set to "Smaller - 100%"

If it's already set to Smaller I'm not sure you can do anything to fix your problem.

Autodesk should support these lower resolutions, as they are quite common on laptops and notebooks.
