How to read the text with special symbols in drawing using Inventor API in c#?

In user Drawings contains Notes with Symbols(used in windows desktop start -> Charmap.exe)

for example ضњغ  

While reading the selected note in drawing using API i can get only a wrong text string. How to convert and display in textbox in c# using inventor API
