how to open document IN Server machine(Any CAD Format) and convert into step file in C#

I want to open document (Any CAD Format) in inventor on server machine and convert into step format. I have created exe file which do conversion activities.
its works properly on server system but when I try to run that exe from local system. I cant access it so, How to achieve this through C#?

I thing, Inventor can not run on/as server.
