how to duplicate a 3D sketch spline by offset using API?

Hi,

In 3D sketch, is it possible to duplicate a 3D spline by offset using API, just as in 2D sketch?

I used copy and paste within 3D sketch mode to generate the attached picture. I am wondering how I can do it using API ?
