How to change ribbon tab positions

Hi all.

Slightly annoying problem that I can't seem to work out how to fix.  Just installed Factory Design Utilities for IV 2019, and it has added the Factory tab at the left hand side of the ribbon.  What this means is when there is no file open, Factory is the default tab rather than Getting Started.  Is there any way of moving it to the far RHS of the ribbon, or just making Getting Started the default tab when no documents are added?
