how to access and read parent iPart and its child ipts from active document and then create model from that information

I have created more than 1000 parent iPart models as of now. from here I need to make each model's child ipts and copy of .idw. each parent which I have created manually, For ex.  in image the one of the  iPart number is 60-XX-4659-ZZZZ, and its child files are listed from (60-11-4656-T500) to T609 te last 4-digits are nothing but the material code itself and remaining all same. so manually I have created the parent .ipt from this iPart I should create all remaining child ipts programmatically and for drawings I have created manually the first child drawing i.e. 60-11-4656-T500(.idw), now I need to make the copies of this drawing with that number of children ipts listed below and to give its references respectively. 

Requirements, 

1.   .ipt models of these children's by using read iPart and its table. 

2.    there is one .idw file of that one child iPart. By taking this .idw file as reference, I need to create the same for remaining children's of .idw files. and save the names, iPrproperties as it is shown in table of excel 

I have attached the image in which you can see the main iPart at the top and in the table there is a list of child have been shown.

Please tell me if anyone can do anything in this case it will be really helpful to me.
