Good book or tutorial for creating menus/assigning a macro to a custom button

As the title suggests, I am trying to learn how to create menu items in Inventor 2020. Ultimately, I want to learn how to create custom menu buttons that will launch any given assigned macros.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
