Global form shows blank after inventor upgrade 2023 to 2025

So we upgraded to 2025. I spent a while creating a couple of forms. It was working fine, no issues, but after the upgrade the form shows up blank. the form editor is empty. After doing some research I found the following 

1. Check for Layout Changes:
   • Upgrading can sometimes affect the layout of complex forms, making them appear blank or distorted.
   • Open the form in the iLogic Form Editor and review its layout. You may need to adjust the layout, potentially by removing unnecessary empty spaces used for alignment in the previous version

I guess I could say my form falls in the complex category since there are over 200 buttons. I tried to restore earlier versions of the ilogicBrowserUIForm, but it keeps showing up blank. Is there anything that can be done to restore?

Now I don't want to redo all the work again and then lose my form again during our next inventor upgrade. I guess I should use visual studio? but I would like to know for sure what the issue is. Is there any type of rule that tells the user what inventor can't handle? I would hate to lose any other forms in the future because I didn't have some information. Any other solutions or ideas? I tried to make my ilogic as simple as possible but there are over 22,000 components and every row might have different selections.

@mtoddHBKNF , something to try:

Copy the global form and paste into the model as a local form. 

Open the model in 2025, see if the form loads correctly as a local from, and if so copy from local to global form, and see if it loads correctly as a gloabl.

I opened my model in 2025, my form doesn't load correctly. It is blank form. Just a blank form to copy. I made a video in October 29 (previously attached) and the form works with no issues. Now I can't recover it, I did copy the form to my local forms anyway, and the result is just a blank form.

No other ideas? have you seen this issue before?
