Get dimension value using start and end point

Hi,

Is it possible to get the dimension name(For eg. d1) and value (For eg. 25mm)

of a line segment  using start point (3,5,0) and end point(25,5,0) on which these two points lies using Inventor API?

 I hope I am able to explain my problem.
