generate part numbering with few condition

Assuming we try to create a new Iproperties with this condition:-
- by selection
- auto sort by weight (high to low)
- can start with any no.
- can on-off prefix

Is there any possible way to make it?

If you can do it in Inventor, you can program inventor to do it for you. But details are everything. Do you have parts already made that you are trying to name by selection? Are you batch making files before putting anything into them, more details are needed for sure
