Generate file number dialog window won't open

Been having issues having the generate file number dialog window open when creating/placing a new part into an assembly and generating assemblies and parts using frame generator. Any ideas on if it's a settings option to ensure this window is popping up?

This question might be better suited to the regular inventor forum. Please post there with an image of the generate file dialogue. My intial thoughts is that isn't supported in the addin Frame Generator as it uses it's own internal filename generator.
