Error: Template file could not be located in the content center

Dear Sirs,

Can someone tell me what this Error means?
"template file could not be located in the content center"

I'm trying to fix some broken CC Families, and one of them broke more than before.

This particular Family won't place parts anymore.

The error it gives just before it is done closing the placement dialogue is:

"template file could not be located in the content center"

What does that mean?
I need to hunt-down what's broken and fix it, but that error doesn't tell me anything.

I searched in this new fangled forum, and searching is garbage compared to the previous format.
