DXF with Open Polylines

I have a VB.net program that exports a sheet metal part to dxf. It seems to work fine for most people, but some in our group keep getting open polyline errors. We have tried sharing ini files, but it doesn't seem to help.

The dxf code is pretty much the example code in Inventor.

Is there a line in the ini file I can change to fix this or something I can set in code. Any ideas and suggestions would be great.

When they run the addin?

On same part?

Yes. I can run the same part and it will work fine for me. It's not random parts. If they get open polylines, they get it for every part they run.
