Hello
Parts & assemblies can have 3D annotations and i believe assembly 3D annotations can be included at drawing level. I was playing around with this today and it seems part level 3D annotations can be brought into the drawing view by doing the following:
Right Click DrawingView, select 'Retrieve Model Annotations'
go to the 3D annotations tab
click the 'Select Source' button
in the drawing view, select the source (i selected a part)
click the 'select Source' button again (i dont know why)
The annotation filters become active and then you click ok to close.
The only API reference i can find for this is
but i havent yet found a way to set the source component.
Has anyone else managed to achieve this?
