One of the options in our Inventor Addin, downloads files from PLM, and opens the root in Inventor.
When a drawing is downloaded During the download process, the drawing opens in Inventor,
but the parts lis,balloon numbers,title blocks information are missing from the Drawing.(shown in the attached picture)
If the drawing closed and opened locally(the downloaded file) all the above information is visible normally.
What are the possible scenarios when the above information is not reflected correctly in the drawing.
This scenario occurrs on few systeme and works correctly on other systems.
All the systems we are using have Inventor 2010 sp1.
