Dimension leader style modification

Please take a look at this screenshot. We need a help of dimension style leader. Its cylindrical component.  While we are using "hole and thread"  in Feature -The Red marked dimension style only we get. But We need Green marked ( shown text) dimension leader style in  "hole and thread"  in Feature .

Red are Hole and Thread from feature notes

Green are Leader Text from Text

both is not Dimension Type but DrawingNotes

What difference of result?

Screenshot green marked dimension was typed, itd only for your reference.
