Customizing user right click menu

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a addition to my ADDIN user interface, I want to add a right-click button for the user. with a true or false style like enabled (see image).

 

The requirement is that the button can only be visible IF the active document is a assembly and the selected items are occurrences with the document type partdocument.

 

Can someone show me an example to do this?
