Crosspart Failure

When loose reference screw -hole and get reference crosspart failure, is it quicker way then click one by one to make them adaptive again. Ilogic maybe? Parts replaced with another which is not same but hole placement is same that is why lost reference.

Can you give some context of what parts you are using? Are you using bolt generator? Can you please attach a sample data set of assembly and parts etc in a zipped folder?
