Create custom ribbon toolbar in IV2010 with VB6 Add-in

Hello,

We're using a custom add-in for Inventor which is made in Visual Basic 6. When this add-in is loaded in IV2008 we have a custom menu visible (see attachment).
When this add-in is loaded in IV2010 with the ribbon interface active, the menu is not there. Is there a way to create a custom ribbon toolbar using VB, so when the add-in is loaded you get an extra ribbon toolbar?
