Convert Plates to Sheet metal

I'm using Inventor 2025. I have a big assembly with many plates but they are not sheet metal parts.
I want to convert them to sheet metal parts to get some info from them and to export the DXFs. Thanks.

you can start from this one:

basically it will convert all selected parts in assembly document to be sheet metal and activate 4 mm rule.
