I have an program that sams to convert partnumber to an some coded letter and number.
does anyone know hat the rules are ? I have fund out this so far
my problem is this list is only for number with 10 charactors. and I did need to make a lot of test and code to even get this to work .. but I need it to convert any partnumber to thies code. as it stand now I need to hard code any version I want to wort .. the most commen will be 10 and 13 charactors all number . but there might be form 6 to 20 charators. both letter , numbers and special characters. so this might be very complex to program .. if need to hard code all of it . but think there is an most easy way out there .
can you help me ?
