Collapse To Definitions

I'm looking for some advice on what Collapse To Definitions does inside the iLogic Rules Editor.  I've read online how it works in applications such as Visual Studio but I don't see any difference in iLogic between it and the other outlining tools such as Toggle All Outlining.

Any information would be appreciated.

it works the same as visual studio.

Then I guess I'm missing what it actually does.

Could you expand on what it does?

all it really does is make the code a little easier to read. see if this helps to explain..
