Change a dialog box drop down list

How do I customize a dialog box, specifically the Tube & Pipe Styles, OD pull down box.

Unfortunately, Inventor API do not support Tube and pipe. Please log wish list at idea station using below link.

Do you want to modify the list using the API / code or do you just want to know how to make or change the library?

API it's not possible,  if you want to just change the styles you can do that. There is probably a guide somewhere in inventor help or possibly try searching or asking in the Inventor Forum, not the Customisation Forum.

matt_jlt:  I was hoping for API (and the reason why I posted in customization), but now I know that customizing styles was something AutoDesk did not pursuit when they purchased it.

We occasionally do some exhaust work.  Everything is 16ga tubing and a few diameter choices.  I used style copper tubing as it had choices similar to the exhaust tubing, and I thought I could customize it .

I also have built my items as a custom library of CC Iparts  for use in FrameGenerator, and it works except for a couple of API items not showing what I have programmed (see post about KEYCOLUMN VS MAPPED PROPERTY).

Anyway I will accept your solution as no API solution, look elsewhere.
