Button Bitmap Transparency Color?

Does anyone know how to make transparency color in a custom macro button bitmap? I'm using IV7 and I can't get the button background color to match the toolbar background color.

Thanks,

Wade,

I use IconEdit Pro. It's a good (but old) tool to make your own icons. There are many tools of this
kind. Look at:

The transparent color will be the same color as the lower right pixel. It
must also be one of the basic colors. The purple/pink color in the standard
Paint toolbar is usually a good choice.

See these for an example

Thanks Paul,

I'd like to find a freeware graphic editor that is a little more powereful than MS paint. I don't do this kind of graphic editing often enough to want to spend the $ for a sharware editor. If you know of one please let me know.

Thanks Sean,

It seems like I knew that (about the lower right pixel) at one time and forgot. Maybe Autocad was like that too. Anyway, it worked great.

Thanks again,
